OEM replacement in the box, works great!
Perfect drop in replacement after one of my oldest machines had a failure. I always go OEM, no problems.

Does its job well
You need the might of Thor, Zeus, and all the Nordic, Greek, and Roman gods to remove that gear that Creality chemically fused onto the original motor. Or you could save yourself the headache and just buy a new motor. I chose option 2 and don't regret it one bit.

Creality = Quality
I ordered this, not because my original stepper was broken but because the gear was press fit onto the shaft and I wanted to upgrade to a direct drive extruder (Shame on Creality for using the press fit). I used this in conjunction with the micro swiss direct drive plate. The stepper miter has the same performance as the motor on my ender 3 pro. No issues and I don’t see any issues arising so long as I keep within the operating limits. Overall good purchase.

Bought 2 and 1 was a factory motor with short shaft
Easy to install. Accepted the gears with set screws. I bought 2 of these and returned 1 of them. The one I returned arrived with the stock short shaft with a gear on it. Ordered a 3rd and no issue

Good, solid Nema 17 stepper motor.
I got a dual-gear, direct-drive upgrade extruder for my Ender-3 3D printer... and the extruder-stepper that the printer shipped with had a motor shaft about half as long as it needed to be (10mm) to use the upgrade kit, which needs a motor with a minimum 22mm shaft. Well, now I have a spare NEMA-17 stepper motor, albeit a short-shafted one. This motor performs flawlessly, and is no noisier than the original (and *that* noise is more likely due to the stepper drivers on the control card than the motor itself.) Good motor.

Works just like the original; may need to swap two middle wires.
I was having trouble with the z-axis on my CR10S Pro V2. I suspected the steppers, so I purchased two of these. While installing the steppers I noticed that the insulation on wires where it exits the metal chassis was cut and was probably shorting. I installed two new cables and had to swap two middle pin (6 pin connector on the stepper side, pins 3&4) because the right stepper was running backwards. I have made several prints since installing these and they work just like the originals with no issues so far.
