I got this as my first ukulele just because of its beautiful image of Mount Fuji. I’ve been wanting to learn for a while and was looking for a cheaper starting uke to do so and ended up in this one. I was really hesitant to buy due to the lack of reviews (3 at the time), but they all were useful and two had videos/ pictures which was really helpful. After receiving this I can say it is definitely worth the price and sounds absolutely lovely. I think I’m in love.Now I don’t normally write reviews, but I know they make things more likely to be purchased and I believe everyone who wants a cheaper, beautiful uke should get this one. The other more breathtaking wood variants are also wonderful looking and would be a good option if you aren’t a fan of the print. Anyway hope this helps :)

I ordered a tuner for his instrument clipped to the top of the ukulele. I’m still trying to learn the chords.

While I am not a pro, I did purchase a quality ukelele when I was in Hawaii and I have minimal experience playing guitar/any instrument in general. I got the 23” matte mahogany concert ukelele from this listing. It comes prestrung and inside a zippered gig bag. It doesn’t come tuned and besides the strings, that’s all you get BUT for the price, I think it’s a great deal. The ukelele is lightweight but well made. The tuning pegs are nice and tight and the strings are new. This ukelele has a really crisp sound. It resonates beautifully. The action on this ukelele is great for my shorth and arthritic fingers and joints. I am very happy with this ukelele. I think it’s perfect for beginners. Absolutely perfect. I do wish it came with a strap but the case is well made. I can’t say if it’s truly waterproof or not because I really don’t want to ruin my uke if it’s not but the stitching is done well and the material is sturdy. The bag is padded but not firm. The strap on the bag is perfect and adjustable and it also has a short handle to carry by hand. As I said, this is a great product for under $60! Would make a great gift for anyone who is curious about learning to play. I have had sooo much fun playing with this AND I’VE ONLY JUST BEGUN!! 🥰😁

Mine has a thin spot where you could see the light coming thru. A dent in that spot. The action is to high for me it hurts my fingers. It is a $30 uke.
