Sophisticated design, allows for standard PC parts
This was the SFF case I was hoping for! Sophisticated design and fabrication. The creativity and trial-and-error that went into making this case is evident. Hats off to the Silverstone product team. It's a pretty case. What I like:Volume: 13 liters I think is about the smallest one can get without resorting to pico-sized PSUs and PCI riser cables. Also, is small enough to fit on top of the desk.Aesthetics: White, my preferred color for electronics. The dynamic design of the perforation (hole) pattern are so nice, setting this case apart from other cases. I think it's one of the most attractive cases out there. The durable steel material also allows me to attach my favorite magnets.Compatibility: I was able to use standard parts, such as a SFX power supply, stock AMD cooler and, 120mm case fans. No silly proprietary parts required--thank heavens. It comes with it's own internal PSU extension cable. The Sugo-16 can also take a short double-slot GPU, although I didn't install one yet.Airflow: 4 of the 6 sides have ventilation. Comes with a black dust filter on top. I arranged the air intake from the rear and exhaust out the front. A surprise--the case comes with no fans. I installed two 120mm Noctua Redux case fans. I used the Stock AMD cooler too--with the pre-applied thermal paste!--there's room to upgrade to something larger later.Convenience: The ball-and-socket joints are a nice choice to easily remove the front and side panels. I was able to build in here fairly easily. However, there are no closets to hide the internal cables--I'm fine with that.Value: At about a hundred bucks, I feel this is a good value. At first I didn't realize it lacked any case fans, but I can live with that--I'm particular about using my own quiet fans anyway. My build:CPU: AMD 5600G APU (with stock AMD cooler)GPU: See APUPSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 450 GMMB: Gigabyte B550I Aorus Pro MaxRAM: G.Skill Trident Z 16GB (2x8)SSD: Crucial 1TB NVMe PCIeCase: Silverstone Sugo-16! (white)Case fans: Two Noctua NF-P12 Redux 120mm

top quality, easy to work with
For a mini-itx case I don't think you can go any smaller than this. And it's just beautiful !The quality is top notch, everything feels robust and rigid, nothing's loose or wobbly. It's easy to remove the panels and to work with, and I even fit 2 SSDs in it. Which means I can only use 1 case fan, but since I don't use a dedicated gpu for me one case fan is more than enough, at normal usage (web browsing, text editing..etc) the cpu (65w, ryzen 3200g) temperature is 33C. And no, I don't have water cooling either. At full load it stays under 60C, which is remarkable. One thing to keep in mind: don't even try to fit an atx power supply, go with sfx form factor. In theory you could use atx, but it would take a miracle to manage the cables, plus that it won't leave any room for the cpu cooler. With that in mind, it's the perfect mini-itx case !

Great Size, Good Build...No Fans???
Nice case, good build quality and, for its size, offers a lot of configuration options.Agree with other reviews on quality, appearance and size so won't repeat.Cons:- For the price I'd expect at least one decent fan and this comes with none. I was changing from another case so I used two from it.- Screws to mount the motherboard are a bit short and they should include longer screws.I think there's a miss on the slide-out tray. Seems like an afterthought that didn't consider the cables from say an SSD drive. My EVO has a right angle plug so it can't lay flat w/o spacers. Would be better if the tray had an "L" shape on a few sides and additional holes that allowed for SSD mounting and for mounting to the frame in different orientations. I mounted the SSD directly to the frame on an existing hole - would have been cleaner if the tray was able to mount differently.

Nice upgrade from SUGO13
As for the building the PC: The case is larger compared to the SG13 case from Silverstone, but harder to build inside due to the layout. The SG13 has the Mini ITX board on the bottom of the case and allows access on nearly every side. The SUGO16 has the board sit on the left so you are reaching through the case to install components. There are cable management challenges when not using a modular power supply --so highly recommended to upgrade if possible. However, the layout has its perks. The SG13 only allowed enough room for a single 120mm fan in the front where the SUGO16 allows a font and rear 120mm fan when using a SFX power supply. As for fit/finish: The plastic front panel of the SG13 always bothered me. Even the front USB ports and 3.5mm jack felt like lower quality components. The SUGO16 is steel from front to back and includes removable magnetic screens for dust protection. The style is more modern and form factor resembles some more popular Mini-ITX case designs.Performance: With the additional fan there are no heat issues on my Intel I5-10500 or graphics card. The idle temp sits around 35C for both.Value: For $100 it was well worth the pain to drag components from the SG13. The look is a cleaner more modern design, and I assume Silverstone will sell a bunch of these.

Easy to build in
For Silverstone the build quality is excellent. The case was easy to build in. This case is great for less experienced PC builders looking to get into this form factor. I have bought a few Silverstone cases before and this one is by far the nicest.
