I absolutely love this product. Having curly course hair, I am always in search of just the right products to help maintain moisture and preventing frizz. Look no more. This product is amazing. Not only does it smell wonderful, but my hair is left truly soft after use. I usually will put it on following the shower and leave it on overnight, but it is also good for use in styling. It can also be used as a hair mask, by applying a generous amount and putting a shower cap on overnight. This is my second tub of it, and I will continue to use. A great price and generous amount comes in the container.

I have 2b/2c, mid-length hair and I follow the curly girl method. I've been using this product for a week as a leave-in conditioner only (followed by a dime-size amount of SM Curl Enhancing Smoothie).- I first used it as a leave-in and applied nothing else on my hair after shampooing and washing. Result: Hair smelled good and soft but did not control my frizz as much.- I then started applying a dime-sized amount of SM's Curl Enhancing Smoothie after I used a quarter-sized amount of this leave-in. Result: Very soft and shiny hair. My 2nd and 3rd day hair became WAYY better and still had great volume. I used to prefer my 1st day hair and have to wash my hair on the 3rd day as my hair would become limp but after adding this product to my hair routine, I can go more than 3 days with volume and bounce still retained!I initially purchased this so I could use less of the SM Curl Enhancing Smoothie (it's about 3x more expensive and also heavier) but I was surprised to find the improvement it has made on the volume and bounce of my hair. No residue or grease that I've noticed yet. And my hair smells great for days!Cons:- I'm prone to headaches and on days that I have one, the smell can be irritating.

I’ve been using this product ever since my big chop and I love it. It keeps my hair moisturized and even helps with curl definition. It has several different uses. I use it a prepoo to soften my hair before shampooing so it’s easy to detangle, as a leave-in after I wash my hair, and as a daily styling product. It can create a white residue, but I usually just get some oil and blot with a towel. It’s not a dealbreaker for me.

In the past, every time I order this repair Cantù leave in conditioner, for some reason, Amazon sent me the sheer butter one, not once, but twice. Had to send back 2 times. Months later, I just ordered again, because I am almost out of the Cantù REPAIR leave in conditioner. I hope this one I ordered ,comes in the way I ordered it. Was hoping to get a good price on Black Friday, when I ordered it, but no luck.

I love this product. My curls are so nice looking and it smells great. I soaked my hair in it overnight with great results. I will be purchasing the 3 pack next and stocking up.Juneau Alaska basically got rid of its black hair care products or I would buy local.I am so greatful for this product.

Before I get into the pros and cons of this product I want to take the time to give a very brief description of my hair type. I have been on a healthy hair journey for the past year and in doing so I discovered that it is not that a hair product does not work that we see it as “bad”. It may be that the product reacts differently for your hair type as a result it does not achieve what it says it will on the bottle and may not be what you need to address your specific hair issue. This being said, it became important for me to understand my hair in order reach my version of healthy hair.My hair type: My hair texture is medium/fine with high density hair. I have low elasticity (i.e. when my hair is curled with a curling iron the curls will not last and will almost always drop).My hair type is a mixture if curly, coily and wavy hair (i.e. 2c, 3b and 3c). My hair porosity is low; meaning my cuticle layer is overly compact and prevents the penetration of moisture from going into or leaving the hair shaft. As a result I often prep my hair before conditioning with warm water to get the cuticle to open. I also use a hair steamer with almost all of my conditioners.Pros: This product can be used on dry or wet hair. For wet hair, it can be used as a leave-in conditioner as a wash and go. For dry hair, it can be used as a styling cream after you blow dry the hair. The price is great for the amount of product you get (16 oz.). It takes me two months to finish the entire jar on my bra strap length hair. You can use this on a daily basis if needed, It will not damage your hair; the only issues is that it will result in product build up , but this can be said for any product. For my hair type I do not need to use a hair steamer with this leave-in conditioner (repair cream), I simply spray my hair with water let allow a few minutes to pass then apply the conditioner. This product is a repair cream leave in conditioner not to be confused with moisturizing conditioner for your hair.Cons: Like any product this will cause build up if used on a daily basis. I suggest using a very small amount if you must condition your hair every day. For my hair type this product did not keep my hair conditioned after one use for up to 7 days. I had to reapply it every 2 days if my hair is out and every 3 or 4 days if my hair is in a proactive style. The container ( repair cream) states this product will strengthen your hair, encourage shine, elasticity, growth and moisturizes with Argan oil. In my opinion my hair is not any stronger because of this product. I also have not noticed any substantial increase in growth apart from my normal growth pattern.*** Thank you for reading.
