Thornton chocolate is some of the best chocolate . I ordered these as a gift for my mum for her 90th birthday. Sadly, they were out of the Hazelnut and replaced it with a Brownie one. Normally not a big deal, but I wanted the Hazelnuts esp and would not of ordered otherwise. Customer service could not replace or exchange but offered me 25% off on another order. No Hazelnut still so didn’t want to order again. It would have been nice, if they had contacted me and told me they were out and what my options would be since it is quite pricey for the amount. I did find another website for the hazelnuts. Mum said the hazelnut was her fave, like usual but the Salted Caramel was very good! Kids loved the brownie one but they love Hersey kisses….lol. This would have been 5 stars except for the replacement with no notice. Customers service was polite and very quick to respond on all interactions.
