Correct! 28mm flange is built in the breast shield, so you do not need to insert any flanges when nipple size over 25mm. And included in the packages, you can get additional flanges sizes for 24mm, 21mm, 19mm.

I can tell you my bigger boob is the only side that came detached and leaked. But there is a locking circle you can place around it that I should been using the whole time. The trick for you would probably finding a bra big enough to fit the pump into also! It’s about as thick as a can of soda.
