The cast cover was large enough to fit over my cast, whereas none of my socks could. If you have knee-high socks that will go over your cast, use them instead.

Yes, WE MAKE COVERS FOR 4 YEAR OLDS all day long BUT and interestingly AGE & WEIGHT HAVE LITTLE TO DO WITH CAST COVER SIZING. Why? Because it depends on 3 factors: the injury, the "prescription" (best course of action from your doctor cast, brace, surgery, etc...), and how happy the cast tech got. :) We have learned after being in business for over 13 years, serving hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide, and our owner's daughter breaking 22 bones herself (!), that peanuts under the age of 5, arm OR leg, are almost always custom. We carry only stock sizes on AMAZON. Please take the guided measurements (from our sizing chart) and compare with our sizing chart. If he falls in the SMALL SHORT range please order away!.
