All I can say is Wow wow wow! I saw a few reviews on this on Youtube so when the price dropped i decided I'd check it out for myself. Shipping was fast. I received it in two days. I washed my face and then used the little facial brush that come with it to apply some Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Skin Therapy Oil for Face 1 oz (Pack of 2). It's important to use an oil so that the cups glide. You also receive Practical Guide to Cupping book via email. Next I followed the directions for the cups on my face. It felt so good and I notice results right away. Skin looked smoother. The next day a lot of people said my skin was glowing and asked what did I do. I told them about this product and they ordered a set too! I also take supplements for my hair, skin, and nails as well as use FOREO LUNA mini 2 Facial Cleansing Brush, Gentle Exfoliation and Sonic Cleansing for All Skin Types, Pearl Pink to clean my skin. My mom asked for a set so I purchase this for her as well.

First, I want to mention that when my kit arrived, I didn't notice for a couple days that the small cup wasn't in the bag, but I contacted the company and they sent a small one to me right away. Very friendly and prompt customer service.That said, I just love this cupping set. I have a weird little crease above my upper lip which is worse in the morning, probably from sleeping on my side. I use the larger cup on that crease for a couple minutes in the morning, and it smooths right out. I thought I was going to have to get fillers, but now I don't. Also, it's really revived my aging skin. It seems to have improved all-over circulation and smoothed my undereye skin, making the area look less "hollowed."Do I look 10 years younger? No, but I have only been using it a couple weeks and I have noticed a definite improvement in my skin which I'm sure will only get better with more use. As an added bonus, it's very relaxing and helps a lot with allergy/sinus pressure and tension headaches.All in all, I'm very happy with this product.

I've used these about half a dozen times and they seem to work ok. My method: I first cleanse my face and then apply (untoasted and unrefined) warm sesame oil on my face--as well as over all my body--prior to showering which might seem weird but is amazing for moisturizing. The sesame oil is slipperier than other oils (such as almond oil) and it's important to use something really slippery so that the cups don't drag against your face at all. I start with the larger cup and then use the smaller one around my mouth, nose, and eyes. I wouldn't "park" either cup on any portion of the face and I wouldn't squeeze all the way for maximum suction as these are strong enough to break capillary veins near the surface of the skin. During movement the cups lose suction anyway so I sort of pump the cups gently with my fingers as I move them around. After using, I get in the shower and allow the hot water to "melt" the oil further into my face and body. After showering I use a rich moisturizer as I have pretty dry skin.I think my skin texture has gotten nicer and softer doing it this way. I'm 42 and I don't expect miracles with wrinkles or diminishing eye bags but the surface improvement is a nice effect--I'll be watching to see if anything else improves over time. I think this kit was once sold with more than two sizes and it's too bad they no longer have a size in between large and small. Not sure what I need with duplicates of each size unless somehow they wear out?I did not receive anything in return for writing a review; I paid the price listed.

Of course my husband said that I was crazy and laughed at me as I was cupping my face. The set has 2 bigger cups for larger areas of the face and 2 small ones for delecate areas (around eyes) or small areas like side of the nose (great when you have sinus issues or congested), and the silicone brush which is great for washing your face or spreading the facial oil. You definitely need to use a facial oil so the cups glide easily. Immediately my face felt relaxed after a 5 minute procedure. It felt rejuvenated and plumped. It became my evening routine before bed. My coworkers started commenting that my face looks refreshed, my husband noticed the difference. And it has only been 3 weeks! I’m officially obsessed! My eyebrows look lifted, my jaw line is becoming more defined, the lines on my forehead and the “11’s” between the eyes are diminishing and my cheeks and lips look plumped. I told my mom and she ordered the same set and absolutely loves it. This set is portable and easy to take with you anywhere and it would not break :).
