Q: Can these be used for wetsuit repair (neoprene)?

No don’t use this tape for wetsuits. (I’ve repaired wetsuits for a living and used to work for a major surfing wetsuit brand). Buy wetsuit seam cement glue- which can also be found on Amazon- and join the tear together with the glue. Then take dental floss and a large needle and sew the tear, wide like stitches on skin. Then put more glue over that and let dry.

Q: Is this suitable for tears in a lawn mower bag?

I am not sure but the patch I used on my down coat is holding the tear well. My coat doesn't have the same stresses as a lawn mower.

Q: Would this be good to cover workout corners on luggage due to excessive wear caused by airports?

It should, but I would not rely on it for more than 1 or 2 trips. It is durable but very thin. It might be a good idea to have a couple pieces on standby in your "save a trip" repair bag, though. I have used it with success on clothing and personal gear like packs and fanny bags, but I don't know how it would hold up to the abuse the luggage apes subject baggage to when tossing it; my experience is that domestic flights are usually pretty cool, but international, particularly Mediterranean flights, are the worst. I have had the best hold by cleaning the damaged area with alcohol first to make sure you get maximum stick from the patch. Safe travels.
