great customer service
Bought this to use over the weekends only to alert me when a child goes downstairs during the night. Right from the start it would set off the alarm at times for no reason at all, but it was manageable at first, each weekend it got little worse and now just couple of days past the 30 days return policy, the sensor goes off every few minutes for no reason.Edit:The Seller contacted me, offered a solution to fix the problem, but it did not solve the problem, this time. So they promptly gave a full refund. In my view, great customer service deserves a good rating!

Works
It does the job fine. Only issue is that regardless of the sound you choose, it just keeps going back to the first one. Not a problem for me.
