Great songs from a great singer. Well worth purchasing.

To say this album CD is just "OK" as I read some comments either they don't know what they're listening to or they don't have the kind words to express the wonderful gift of song that this master craftsman gave us not only in this recording but through out his entire six decades to thank him for. Ray Price was a true gentleman in every sense of the word evidenced by his millions of loyal followers and the millions that heard him perform "live," for he knew how to reach straight into your heart. Very few performers can ever accomplish this feat, very few are left today, and none of "todays" mega stars are worth the ticket much less my time. So sit back and enjoy one of the really great icons of country music that even dazzled Merle Haggard talking with Willie Nelson during an interview, after a "Last of the Breed" performance, when he said "This _ old man sure gave us a lesson in singing." Enjoy a few good shots of JD because this old man will grab you by the heart and won't let go, as this recording gives us a mature Ray Price at the height of his singing career. Also check out more of Ray Price at his best in "Last of the Breed" with Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard, nothing better exists.

it is a great cd to listen to. Classic country music. arrived quickly and worth the price.

Love the songs that are the hits, but several are not. Still worth it to get some of the great songs by a master

Great artist with great songs.

Ray Price is a wonderful singer who can sing the phone book and make it sound good. Luckliy, these tunes have alittle more behind them than the phone book. All in all a nice snap shot of a time gone by when music was simple but far more enjoyable.
