Good BBQ sauce tasty

The sauce is very good. I was kind of in a phase where I was looking for a BBQ sauce that I really liked. I got a thing of Cajohn's Reaper BBQ sauce and that was very good but not available anymore. When it comes to BBQ sauce, I don't really like smoky sauces and I like very sweet sauces. Spicy sauces are a plus but not entirely necessary. I very much like Dr Pepper and so I thought I would give this a try. It's very sweet which I like, although the flavor is not really that much like Dr Pepper. It's good enough that I bought more.However, it is a little expensive on Amazon as you pay about twice what you would pay from a grocery store. This particular flavor isn't carried at most grocery stores and most online wholesale stores that sell it cheaper charge absurd shipping so for a lot of people the fluctuating $8-$10 price is probably the best option. It's not too expensive all things considered, especially compared to some hot sauces that are several dollars per ounce.Incidentally, after trying this I wanted to try the Stubbs spicy BBQ sauce and I did not like it at all since it was mostly a smoky flavor with almost no sweetness and not much spice considering that it was made with habanero peppers so on paper it should have been spicier. It's okay though because I don't necessarily need heat in a BBQ sauce so the Dr Pepper flavor is very good although if you are looking for a good spicy BBQ sauce that is still very sweet, I would recommend Melinda's ghost pepper BBQ sauce.

Although there is a slight aroma of Dr. Pepper, when first opened, this sauce has none of the smooth sweetness of Dr. Pepper. The description describes the taste as "sweet and peppery." Peppery yes, sweet NO! Perhaps the problem is the Rochester sauce (double-strength Worcestershire sauce), or the tamarind spice. Whatever it is, stay away. It was so bad, I threw it away after one use! My stomach thanked me, even though I lost the $12.24 purchase price (it is not refundable).

His Dr Pepper sauce is very tasty and also has a nice kick to it and it also lasts a very long time

I've had other Dr. Pepper BBQ sauces in restaurants. This was not the flavor I was looking for or expecting.

This stuff is good, but really doesn't like Dr. Pepper.
