Lo and behold this fit perfectly and took me less than five minutes to install on the garage doors. It installed very easily works well as a good quality and looks great. The price was reasonable, and it is flexible enough to provide a great seal against the weather and pests. Great fit for my garage door. Relatively easy install. I sprayed the channels with soapy water and that really helped.

The garage door seal works great and is very sturdy. Super fit. My only complaint … it was extremely hard to put on the garage door. It took two of us to install it … with lots of frustration, we were successful after using a spray lube on both the bottom of the garage door and inside the weather seal. Definitely a two person job.

Thank you so much I have a Wayne Dalton bead style track. It was tough getting one side on because the forward track opening wasn't as round as the opening on the rear and it took some time having it slide through the opening. But, nothing wrong with this product it fits and works really well.

After bringing down the actual track to remove the rot seal, installation was a breeze. I did it by myself, which took about an hour, but would be faster with an additional person. With some WD-40 I was able to slide down the whole seal and cut to the length i needed. The seal itself is very durable and thick. The track was for Wayne Dalton garage doors. Highly recommend this product.
