Not sure what you are asking. Place the donut cushion on the seat of the u chair and sit on it.

No, i do not think this would work for sleeping on, it is constructed more along the lines of leg and back support for being in a sitting position; as fat as your hair issue, i would suggest a smoother pillowcase, i.e. one made from a silkier texture as opposed to polyester; hope this helps! :)
