MORrydeTV56-129H Drop Down TV Wall Mount

This mount is pricey for sure but if going in an RV worth the money. I installed in the garage area of Jayco toy hauler with no issue. I mounted a 40 inch tv to it and seems to work well. Mount seems sturdy and easily installed with the 4 lag bolts to the wall. TV is adjustable side to side, but has no ability to tilt up or down, which a little of a negative. Locking the TV into place prior to a trip is a little bit of a pain, but no awful. Overall if wanting this to go in a toy hauler garage where it lifts up out of the way I don’t think you can go wrong with this.

The bracket works as advertised. I liked the ease of mounting and it mounted to my upgraded TV. It would not mount to my factory TV back panel. The lowering works well but the spring assist is noisy and not real smooth.

This mount let my RV TV to be lowered and swiveled for better viewing. It is heavy duty and the locking mechanism is great. No worry of the TV moving around going down the road.

We wanted a slightly larger smart TV in our camper. Those of you who have campers know the TVs are either locked or strapped in place because it is safer for when the camper is in motion. Our space was limited, but we could indeed place a somewhat larger TV there. Now the location of the TV in this camper was totally obnoxious. About 10' from the floor, one could break their neck trying to watch it. This drop down wall mount was just what the doctor ordered! Easy to install both on the wall (hubby had to do a little reinforcing of the location as we all know the RV walls have a small area only that has been reinforced for TV mounting). This mount made it possible to pull the TV down to a more viewable height, plus turn it in the direction of our seating which also helped. We love ours.

Come on, Indiana. Get with the program guys. My first mount came without mounting hardware. Useless without it. Otherwise, the unit seems solid, however the base plate isn't even wide enough to span two studs in a wall. Pretty weak design.Ok, so I received the replacement unit, which did come with mounting hardware. I revised my rating from 3 stars to 1 star. This entire unit is a piece of junk. I’ve never seen such bad design in my life. This is why people buy products from outside the US. The shape of the wall interface is dumb. It prevents you from being able to secure it to the wall using lag screws where you want them. The latch doesn’t work well at all. The latch leash pull ring cut my fingers open because they left so much steel cable strand exposed after crimping it that it stabs my fingers every time I goto pull the latch. Not solid in any way. Very rickety construction.There is nothing positive about this mount. DO NOT BUY IT!

The mount and product is fantastic, but they sent without the required shocks. I call the manufacturer directly and they overnight-ed them to me. MoRryde is great and jennifer was outstanding but the guys that sell this on amazon are poor performers.

Wish it dropped lower. The pull lock sometimes catches. Over all I really like it. It tucks up n away so taller people in my RV won't bump their heads on it.
