A lot of scissors sellers say that their scissors are for right- and left-handed use, but half the time the handles are only for righties. As a left-handed person, this is extremely frustrating. However, the handles on these scissors are usable in either hand and the handle is very comfortable. My only wish is that the blades were tighter together, if that makes any sense. Other lefties reading that may understand.When a right-handed person uses scissors, their hand naturally pulls the pointer finger blade toward the palm and the thumb blade pushes in the other direction. This causes the blades to slide against each other more tightly. But when a lefty uses the same scissors and their hand pushes/pulls the same way, the blades are actually pushed apart. So lefties all over the world have to learn to pull the thumb and push the pointer finger instead. The only way around this is to make the scissors with the blades switched. Lefties know that those kind of scissors are expensive and can only be bought through specialty sellers.Anyway, I am very pleased with this pack of scissors and they are working great. You can’t beat this price!

Whenever we needed to use scissors, we first had to find them. Usually they were where someone last used them, but with several household members, that could be anybody, anywhere. Well, for a nominal cost, we solved that problem with this set of multiple pairs of scissors. We now leave one scissors in each room in a designated spot, and there they are when anyone needs them. These scissors are perfectly serviceable. Maybe if I were using scissors all day long in my work, I would want a less basic model. But for non critical household use, they are fine.

I buy in bulk for Shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. I’ve only gotten a better deal than this one other time, so I jumped on this deal when I saw it.I like to give the 10-14 year old girls and boys a nice quality pair of scissors. These cut nicely and are sturdy. I think they should last a long time.

These are fine for cutting paper, but anything heavier--opening heavy plastic birdseed bags, cardboard--not so good. I kept these, but ordered 3 more which are better quality!

My family and I can never find scissors when we need them. Folks (Including me) wouldn't put them back where they were supposed to be. Purchased this pack based upon the price, hoping the quality would be good enough for use for basic, all-around scissors. They definitely are.
