I like this product the cord should be longer, plus when the lights go out you can still use a phone this happen to me years age, so I learned the hard way.

Bought as a play phone for my kids play room. Does easily crack and come apart when fallen on the floor.

This phone was purchased solely to test phone lines. Don't plan on uncoiling the line to the handset Both ends are hardwired. NO plugs. The cable provided to attach the phone to the wall jack is a very cheap version of the usual base to wall cable. The "User Guide" is a joke. You get what you pay for!

ring tone too loud - no volume control.

Unfortunately they sent us a toy phone. After about an hour of trouble shooting it still doesn’t work.UPDATE: Customer service reached out and offered to send us a new phone free of charge. The new one works well for our needs!

It didn't work during power outage like I thought.Glad I didn't spend much.

We got this as a play/pretend phone for a kids kitchen. It isn’t connected to actually work as a phone but it holds up great structurally. Our kids have toted it around the house before we secured it on the kitchen and it has remained intact-not broken at all.

I needed a phone to connect to my kitchen solely for the purpose to buzz people into my building and it works pretty good and i didnt need to connect my landline to it in order for it to work, the only thing is that the sound of the phone startles me when someone is calling, if it had a nice ring it would be better.

I know this is a less expensive phone, but I only use it to let people into my building. The stretchy cord is too short, and when you pick up the receiver, the base of the phone always goes flying. The ringer is extremely loud and for the life of me, I cannot find where to turn it down. Every time it rings I jump.
