Big BIG hit! Now all his friends want them too.
I bought these for a 6-year old’s birthday and it received the discount honor of being “my favorite gift at my birthday - maybe ever!” It became all the rage at school and now all the kids want them. It’s well made, can withstand rough play and being tossed around, and is fun and easy to put together (our 6-year old could easily do it by himself).

Excellent Toy!!
I’m really impressed! Lloyd and his tornado look better in person. I was not expecting the patterns to be so unique and detailed, plus Lloyd’s head, hood, and tornado are transparent. The top spins for a decently long time and looks good on my shelf. My only complaint is with the price. I paid about $41 for this 32-piece set, shipping included. There are LEGO sets larger than this one that go for about the same price, and the other two Ninjago spinning toys (featuring Kai and Jay) cost less than this one. I’m not sure if I’ll get a response from a LEGO associate about this, but I’d like to know more about why the price for this particular toy is set this way.TLDR; Toy looks very good and is fun to play with and customize. I recommend it!

Quick to Assemble and Play
This was bought for a 5-year-old who likes ninjas and green. He was able to follow instructions with limited guidance and put it together. He mastered the spinning part but when bored with that was able to utilize the pieces with other Lego sets easily. How long this set lasts depends on who is playing with it. Like most Legos, if left on the floor, they will get stepped on...likely by an adult's bare feet.
