Q: Will this fit an older perception rhumba 9.5 ?

No. This seat is specifically designed for the Perception Pescador PRO 10 & 12. It will not work with any other models.

Q: can I order just the mesh seatbottom and mesh seatback?

Yes the seat back is part of the unit. It exactly fit and in fact, was exactly like the one that came in my original kayak. It's a little pricy, but if you're in and out of your kayak a lot, I think should last 3 to 4 years.

Q: Will this fit a perception rambler?

No. This lawn chair style seat is specifically designed for the Perception Outlaw and Pescador PRO 10 & 12 model kayaks that feature molded locations on the deck that allow for the seat to lock into place, however, most standard after-market Sit-On-Top kayak seats will work with the Rambler.

Q: Will this seat fit the Pescador 12 model or is this just for the Pescador Pro?

Perception’s website list this chair for the 10 & 12 Pro’s and the Outlaw 11.5 only.
