It seems to be a good backdrop stand in a closed studio, although the way it is presented is a bit misleading. I purchased this one in particular as compared to other similar offers simply because I though a bag with “slow dolphin” on the outside of it would be cute and unique. The carrying bag is straight black with no text on it. I was a bit disappointed to discover that, so if you’re like me where something so small and ridiculous is a make it or break it for this product or others, just know that the bag does not say “slow dolphin”, it has zero text on it.

I bought this for multiple uses; video background, photography and possible project screen use. I am happy with this product! I was so undecided for a while on which stand to by. This one looked the sturdier because of the thicker poles. It was a good choice for me. I used it for a small and simple birthday party. It stood up well without any sandbags. Sandbags would make it stand firmer. But let me tell you.. we had running kids and I had no issues. Also, the assembling seemed easy. My partner put it up without a fuss. It is very lightweight which is nice. I also like that you can expand it so wide.. I ended up using some different heavy duty clips just because. The clips it came with seemed fine though. I just like the flater heads.I recommend!

First, I'm not a professional photographer. I dabble in it as a hobbyist and needed a backdrop setup for a photo shoot I did with my family. This worked awesome for my needs. I kept one pole out for the width and used a narrower version of it, too...so it's modular. Stands are very sturdy and it comes with a nice storage case. I purchased weighted bags separately as this system didn't come with them.

The stand came broken in a destroyed box. We just opened it to take our daughter’s 6 month photos and unfortunately we can’t use it because it won’t stand up. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. The return window closed as well so we can’t even return it.

This backdrop stand is sturdy, durable and very easy to assemble. I also like that it can be extended to 10 ft in height which allows me to cover and entire wall from floor to ceiling. I would highly recommend it to others.
