Great productivity and work planner!
I love the packaging, the look, and the feel of this planner. If anyone has read "The 12-Week Year" or is involved in Agile projects, this is the planner for you!I was able to break down my annual goals into quarterly action plans, then the quarterly plans into monthly goals, then weekly, then daily tasks pretty easily after I read the directions. Yes, there are directions, and I highly recommend reading them before getting started on writing in the planner. The daily, weekly, monthly, and 90-day planning parts of the planner extend to six months (so two 90-day action plans), while the quarterly and annual planning sections extend to a full year, so this is something to consider if you're trying to keep track of project progress from 1/1 to 12/31 (or 31/12).A fun thing to note is that the instructions also have a recommended "game" to play, where daily tasks are assigned points, and at the end of the week these points are tallied up to a weekly "score" to measure productivity. I did not participate in this game, but it is very reminiscent of sprint planning poker and story points in Agile, so I may use it going forward. While the instructions explained the "game of work" and the points system, I did not see an area where to assign these points or to tally the overall daily and weekly scores.I am hoping that updates to this planner include a "Weekly Review" section or page at the end of every week. Even though the instructions mention it, I did not see it anywhere in the planner. This would've been helpful in Agile retrospective sessions, but alas I had to do that manually. Additionally, I would like to see an area where points are assigned to a task and a tally somewhere at the bottom of the page. Also, the notes sections, both at the bottom of the Daily Task pages and at the end of the planner, were very basic, so I did not use this planner for meeting notes. Lastly, I would like to see an indented thumb tab in the planner itself for the monthly sections, like in a hardcover dictionary. I suppose the ribbons are helpful, but I did have to add tabs of my own which are currently sticking out of the planner.TL;DR: I recommend this planner and will be buying it again. For working professionals, I recommend using this planner by the beginning of March, since that is when new projects will be kicking in for the year. For students, this is a great planner to use for a semester and a summer session, or however six months fit in the student schedule. For small business owners and entrepreneurs, this is a great tool to use to track productivity and progress on an endeavor or project. Even though there are note sections available in the planner, I do not recommend using them for meetings unless there is absolutely no other paper to write on in the near vicinity.Happy planning!

My Favorite Planner - Hands Down
I love this planner! It helps me keep my work and personal life organized. I appreciate the fact that I can plan out my year as well as plan my areas of focus quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily. I can easily see my appointments laid out for the week at a glance as well as have that same level of detail for each day and have a place for daily and weekly tasks. I've been using this system for the last couple of years. If you are looking for a planner to help keep you organized for work, home, or for a project; you should check out iFocus.

Honestly great quality
The quality appears to be outstanding and it seems well designed to actually help you to be productive. I took off a star because I ordered 2 and for the yearly calendar section on one it is for the years 2023 and 2024 whereas the other one is for 2024 and 2025 so the yearly calendar section isn’t usable on one of them. Overall though that section is only 4 pages of the entire planner and the rest of it doesn’t rely on specific dates so it’s still usable. My recommendation for the company would be to remove the yearly calendar section entirely or to adapt a non-specific version that would work for any year.

Perfect for Individual Contributors and Leaders alike.
Pros:Calendar for 2022 and 2023.Planner flows logically from Year to Quarter to Weekly to Daily.Lays flat on the desk for easy reference.Great size that allows for handwriting without tiny letters or shorthand.3 ribbons to bookmark 3 different spots.Awesome how-to-guide.Cons:Weight - really not a problem for what you get, might get heavy if you hand carry it everywhere.3 ribbons - I would prefer 4 to bookmark Annual, Quarterly, Weekly, and Daily for my planner reviews but now im just being picky.Other notes:I have used all 3 planners from iFocus, I am a disorganized person by nature. This is my favorite planner they have made. If you commit to using this planner daily for a month, you won't be able to live without it. This planner will suite anyone and the how-to guide makes it easy to digest and use.iFocus is committed to their customers and has always been super responsive. If you need an awesome planner with excellent support, this is it right here.

Professional and functional
Very professional. I got many "where did you get that planner?" Extremely functional. No dates on any pages. Plenty of room to write. Goal planning, priority planning, month and day pages, and project pages. I will buy again. If I had to not pick, I wish there were some notes only pages.

Not a full 12 months
I started this planner in December and I can only get through May. What is the point of writing out a 12 month plan with 4 quarterly breakdowns if you have to buy a new one half way through the year?? And then I have to re-write it all?? Very frustrating and I will not be purchasing again.
