ABSOLUTELY AWFUL
I would give this vacuum zero stars but it’s not an option. I own a cleaning business and have always used Kenmore canister vacuums until a year ago when sears sold kenmore to Amazon. The product went downhill fast so I’ve been looking for an alternative. I’ve already tried oreck and dyson. I had high hopes for this vacuum. It’s absolutely awful!!!!!!! It’s so heavy and bulky for starters. Taking the carpet piece off to put on the hardwood floor piece, you have to use your hand. I switch constantly and that’s a pain! Getting the hose disconnected to use the handheld piece is a joke, it’s so hard to get them apart, you need super human strength. The bags are super expensive and they are way too big so you’re paying for a huge bag that can only fill up maybe half way because the compartment on the vacuum is small. And last but not least, this vacuum died ONE month after purchasing it!!!! In 14 years this was the worst vacuum I’ve bought to date. Stay away from this brand !! I now have a shark canister that blows this out of the water, I wish I would have tried that first.

Don't Waste Your Time
After extensive research for a vacuum that could clean hardwood, tile, and carpet, I had high hopes for this one based on reviews. As soon as I pulled it out of the box and set it on the floor, the lid holding the attachments broke. I rigged it, telling myself I could live with it, but every time I would go over a bump or set it down, it would pop loose. Needless to say, I debated whether to return because it was very aggravating trying to be gentle with the vacuum as it's dragged around the house. The suction was great, the noise level about average. The design was awkward, stiff, and clunky. After the third use, I started to vacuum my bedroom carpet, normal short carpet with the vacuum head on the highest setting. It literally came apart in my hand, the entire metal part of the hose. This vacuum should be about 1/4 the price it was and listed as "not for carpets". What a huge waste of my time with this pile of junk. Amazon returned with no issue at all. Don't buy!!

Just OK...
This vacuum does have good suction. It reminds me of an upgraded wet/dry vac. The connections are sloppy. To detach the powerhead you have to bend over and hold down a plastic slide type button while trying to pull off the powerhead. It takes too much time and effort. The bare floor attachment just slides onto the pole with no way to lock it in place so you have to be certain the angle is right before you push it all the way. The handle is low quality and has a switch for the powerhead. When you attach the powerhead and turn on the vacuum sometimes you need to push that switch, other times you need to tap on the button located on the powerhead...I haven't quite figured it out, sometimes it won't turn on for a few seconds. You turn the vacuum on with your foot at the top of the canister. It takes a bit of pressure to make it work. The pet nozzle which I was looking forward to as they are great for upholstery, etc. that gets fur on it, is not powered, it just revolves with the air pressure so it's not very effective. Is it ok? It's just ok. Would I buy it again? No. It would be worth it for $50.- not $200.-Now after almost 6 months I've given this vacuum one star. It is cheaply made. Trying to change the power nozzle to the bare floor attachment takes great strength and coordination. While you are pressing the release button the wand separates above the button making it awkward. This coupled with the fact that they don't slide apart, it takes brute force. None of the wands break away smoothly. I don't even bother trying to get the wand off the handle as it is too difficult. The wheels don't move smoothly so you have to constantly pick it up. The bags are very small and very expensive. This was manufactured as cheaply as possible with no quality care.

Heavy
This vacuum cleaner is not as hoped for. It is described as lightweight but the head itself weighs 5 pounds so when you add the wand and hose and vac itself, well, not so much. Mine arrived with a piece broken off and the replacement didn't match the vac. It took some time and demand, but eventually I got the correct replacement. Customer service was erratic but you could tell who was in charge there. Overall, I don't really like the machine tho.

Not so happy customer
I have always had canister vacuums and I tried an upright once, didn't care for it, so I went back to canister and read about this one. It shows a floor attachment but doesn't come with one. the power part for floor doesn't have swivel wheels which makes it a little more difficult to maneuver. wished I had looked around longer but I desperately needed a vacuum cleaner. Not very quiet either.

Not as pictured!
Second time ordering this vaccuum because he first order didn't have the floor attachment as pictured. I just received the second on today - same thing, no attachments beside the crevice tool and upholstery brush. Sending back again and picking a different vacuum.

Good Suction and Great Price
Vacuum is great value for the price. Two improvements I'd recommend would be one, the power head for carpet doesn't adjust up and down for varying carpet heights, and two, the hose does not swivel on the handle end only the canister end. This cause hose twisting and seems like something that could be avoided. This has outperformed my dyson ball from day one. (The Dyson Ball is a rip off)
