Great Flavor and Super Automatic Espresso Machine Friendly
Being a big fan of Nicoletti coffee roasts, especially 'Old School', I rolled the dice on the Napoli Roast, as I wasn't sure if the beans would be too oily and large for my Super Automatic Espresso Machine (SAEM). My SAEM hopper does not work well with overly roasted, oily, and/or larger beans, as they get stuck and don't naturally feed into the grinder.Nicoletti's Napoli Roast (dark) beans have saved the day; not only are they a dark espresso roast full of deep roasted flavor, but they are not oily, are a smaller whole bean, and my SAEM's hopper has not clogged yet.Reference picture for your own judgement and decision. I hope this helps everyone interested.....

Good stuff
These are the best Neapolitan style beans I’ve tried yet. I wasn’t sure if I would like it more than my Passalacqua but it’s much better.

Stellar Coffee -> but I did find a rock
Love the coffee, but to my disappointment after a few bags, there was a singular rock that almost destroyed my grinder. So do be cautious when grinding.

A great dark espresso
I love Nicoletti Old School so I tried this as well. This is a bold, full flavored roast. I like very strong espresso so I will often make a risseto at a 1:1 ratio but this one really delivers the flavor at a 1:1.5 ratio. It's also fantastic at the standard 1:2 ratio. I can't wait to try it over ice cream! Like the Old School roast, it's hard to pull a bad shot and you can tweak it to perfection. If you like the punch that a dark roast brings, try this.
