Really a nice piece.
I feel the stand itself is 5 star. The little cable guides though are another issue. My unit came in with a broken clip (there are three of them). BRAND new unopened box. Unforeseen at the factory? Maybe. I tried to take one off to move it up, broke that too. You have to "twist" it the "right" way to loosen. Pure junk IMO. Should have made it out of rubber instead of hard plastic. Good idea, bad material. SO. I called them and they had no problem sending me replacements. VERY honorable. THEY WEERE SUPER NICE too... BUT I told them is it's of the same material, don't bother. And I argued with them (nicely mind you) as they really wanted to send them, I asked "why" they will just break and piss me off again and again. Until you change the materials I would rather use sticky velcro. Problem solved if you want to route your cables up along the stand and out of site. I purchased a third tier and this stand loaded with 2 keyboards and a laptop is SOLID! Like anything else of this nature, and drunk falling on it, it WILL TIP. You can't protect yourself from stupid...lol The stand collapses nicely but only has room for two tiers. BUT, get the carry case and it has room for more legs. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SET-UP. It also has a spot on top for their "optional" mic stand, I can see from the cable guides that it might not be a good idea as well as reading a review that it was made from the same crap and didn't hold up. WTF ... over??? 5 stars for the stand....2 thunbs down on the accessories. Light weight (built in handle), carry case to protect the stand...extra pocket for another tier...I would get another if I could learn more keys...lol (I'm a bass player learning keys).

Heavy duty, stable, and adjustable
This keyboard stand delivers. It's very easy to set up. And once it's in place it's very stable even with a very heavy fully weighted 88 key keyboard on top. I love that the shelves are fully adjustable they slide up and down. And you can decide which arms go where. The only thing I would change on this is that you have to remove the mic boom stand to pack it away. I'm concerned that over time the threads are going to wear from that. It won't fit in the gig bag with that still connected. And though there is a zippered pouch for the mic boom stand on the gig bag, It won't fit in there once you've attached your mic clip. So those are a couple of design flaws on the gig bag, really.I use the second tier shelf for a rack mount system that hosts my in-ear monitor system and my wireless microphone.Be warned, this thing is not a lightweight keyboard stand. It weighs quite a bit so be prepared. The gig bag makes that a little easier.

best product for professional stages
love this product. very sturdy and easy to install. a little more expensive than few other brands, but i think its worth it - if u are a professional keyboardd player. can easily stack any sized double keyboards. love the look of the stand.. loved it

Sturdy, functional, and doesn't hide the keys player...won't use any other keys stand.
Best stand for 2 keyboards for live performing. Won't use anything else. Have one we also use in the recording studio.A clever design that was well executed, sturdy and practical. Not lightweight, but the weight is necessary to make it strong. The bag is great, keeps all the pieces in one place, then you toss the bag into the trailer (or car) and away you go.

Excellent upgrade to a classic
Excellent construction that you would expect from Ultimate Support. Love the long lower arms that allow me to put my MOX-8 a little further out than my top keys. I can see all the controls now!I bought the combo that includes the bag and mike boom. The bag is a good investment if you care about keeping your stuff looking nice. One niggle, the bag is a little tight when putting everything in and I'm afraid of damaging the zippers when I force stuff in the almost-too-small openings. Oh, and would it kill to have reinforcement on the ends where the mike adapter pushes against the fabric? I think this may wear through quickly. It would be nice to have the boom come with a quick disconnect instead of threaded mounts. Used in stock form, you have to thread the entire boom onto the upright - very clumsy. Easy fix, just buy one of the On Stage mike adapters and you're set. I got a pair - one for the boom, another for the mike clip. There's a little play with these, but I find it useful when performing (you can always stick extra/thicker o-rings on them). They fit nicely in the side pouch. The details are much improved over my last few AX stands. Now instead of a wire-mounted carrying handle that breaks after a few months it's a solid plastic piece. The lid that keeps the arms in the case has real hinges instead of the flimsy flexible breaky plastic ones. All the tightening knobs are better and easier to grasp. The rounded back on the upright gives it a classier look, though it does make it harder to lean against the wall in storage.Overall I'm very happy.

Super-solid and Stylish...
Really nicely constructed 2-tier keyboard stand that is very adjustable. It is a bit on the heavy-side, but it can easily hold two pretty good-sized keyboards and not feel like it's going to get away from you. The adjustable handle in the column can be slid up and down so the the balance is comfortable for your personal taste when setting things up. The tiers are adjustable from a sitting-level to standing and the adjustment for each is easily done with one knob. The arms that hold the keyboards store inside the column, so they won't be easily lost. The adjust-ability would easily allow you to have a laptop on the top tier comfortably. The case is also pretty heavy-duty with a separate zippered pocket for the boom. It does assemble and disassemble in minutes.
