PentelEnerGel Deluxe RTX Retractable Liquid Gel Pen, 0.5mm, Needle Tip, Black Ink, 6-Count

I am always looking for the perfect pen - one that writes smoothly, crisp line, not too heavy so I can jot notes in small places, no smearing after ink dries,= - mostly the feel of how the pen glides across the page. This one is my new favorite. I ordered this pen in black and red for making corrections and notes in ledgers. Red ink is bright and visible - just what I was looking for. With liquid ink there are no balls of gooey ink to mess with on the pen tip as with gels, and the line is uniformly dark with little effort unlike ball point pens. Still need ball point pens to write on some surfaces, but for general use, this pen is terrific.

I use these every day. I liked them so much that I purchased a big pack of 15 black to give as journaling gifts at a party. They were well received.

Feels good in the hand. Some heft to it. Ink flow is consistent and feels smooth as it glides along the page. Ink does not seem to run when wet. Have not run out of ink yet after using the same pen for more than a month (using it for about 2 hours a day total). Pay attention to the size of the tip. This is a 0.5mm Needle tip which produces a very thin line. I had a thicker tip one not long ago and I think I preferred the width of that one just a little bit more (probably just a personal preference, but just be aware that the tip size makes a big difference in how the product looks).

These are my go-to pens, but they tend to grow legs and walk away from my desk. Everyone seems to like how smooth they write. They do tend to smear when you write then try to use a highlighter, so you just have to wait a little longer or blow on them. I love the needle tip.

If you haven't used these pens before, you definitely should look into trying to use these pens. The quality of the ink as it touches the paper is absolutely impeccable as it glides over the paper. As a college student, I would go through an entire pen in two weeks of constant writing. That being said, this product is perfect because it comes in a large bunch.

they write really well but I would also buy like refills just incase because only one of the ink in my pens was not working but other than that I love them. They write smooth and I have no problems with them breaking. They re also very smooth and there is no skipping when I write. They are really good.

Awesome pen. Bought 1/2 dozen and went to our drawer and immediately threw out everyone of the cheap pens we've accumulated the past few years. There is nothing more frustrating than to quickly need a writing instrument, you grab it to make a note and it doesn't write properly. They are free at the bank for a reason. Cheap advertising.

Due to COVID19, I can not do my door to door preaching work as one of Jehovah's Witness; so I have been writing Bible based letters to my neighbors. I love how these pens do not leave smudges and are so easy to write with.
