Got for my boyfriend, nice simple and sleek design. Nice to have metal instead of the mesh magnet ones or rubber. Good tool for taking links out and the clasp is nice and easy to use. Would recommend. Just hoping the finish doesn’t ware :)

The band arrived on the day advertised and appears to be of good quality. I removed five links to make the device fit my wife's wrist; the fit is a bit tight with five removed, but too loose with only four removed.The issue I had was with the lack of instructions for adjusting the band. I now see that there are some instructions on Amazon's ordering page, but there was no reason I would look there. The specific directionalities of the pin removal and replacement was not apparent to me. The red arrow included in the band wrapping was incomprehensible without instructions, and the small arrows stamped into the links were not apparent until I started to use a magnifying glass. Even had I seen the arrows earlier, their meaning would have been incomprehensible and they only applied for one of the two operations. The pin of the removal tool jammed in the pinholes several times, even when I was using the device as intended. In trying to remove the tool, the metal part unscrewed itself from the plastic part making removal very difficult. I had watched jewelers remove pins from other watch bands, and understood the principles, but in none of the cases I observed did the process have directional specificity. This looks great and is a quality product, I like it a lot. Makes my fitbit look nicer than it really is.

Pros:* It looks great.* It has a butterfly clasp which makes it easy to put on.Neutral:* The middle section is rubber coated - not sure if that is a pro or a con. The rubber is not obvious looking at it even in person (unless you get a contrasting color).Cons:* The resizing tool is not great. And almost everyone will need to use it. I recommend unscrewing the punch part from the rest of the plastic tool and using it to press the pins out in your hand instead of trying to use the screw mechanism, which is just bound to bend the end of the punch. Note that the pins are directional. There is a large end and a small end. It can be hard to tell which is which but they only come out one way. So if you are having trouble getting the pins out try the other direction.* The butterfly clasp does not open enough. If you size the band to your wrist it is pretty difficult to get your hand through the hole with the butterfly clasp undone. Or more difficult than it had to be anyway. If they made the clasp just 1/4" or 1/2" longer it would be fine.
