WARNING: This is not a set of Reserve line pans, but the lesser quality Padova line instead.
The listing for this item is incorrect. When the package arrived, it was clearly marked "Padova" which is a lesser quality line than the Reserve line. This product is incorrectly marketed.

Reserve line: Use silicone utentils only
When I received my set. Of Reserve, they where packed nicely. However, underwarranty it specifies to us only silicone, and do not put in the dishwasher, don't use sprays even pump ones (hot spots) all these things might cause it to chip., voiding warranty. No metal untinsils or EVOO. The description shows them using a metal untensil, states you can use one as well.I am bummed that it says to always use oil before each use. In the past I always added water first.I use a silicone pastery brush to apply the oil. It still sets on the pan as if I sprayed it.Love the colors.So far so good.I did a fry chicken by placing about a tablespoon of oil in the pan., it came out great.Just brush the spot before turning over.(as pictured)
