Nice quality but too soft
Its extremely soft which is not good for lower back support.If u are buying it for back pain and u are over weight, i would suggest do not buy. There are other good options available for that which provides firm back support.But if you are looking to enhance little posture and you are not heavy body type, than go for it.

Received product different than the pictures
I’ve received this. The headrest received is different than what has been shown in the pictures. Quality is not as good as they are charging. I wanted to return it but I’ve an upcoming long travel. So will review its comfort and update it.
