Big sound for a less expensive Fender
The reviews were good and of course the name is good so I bought the guitar thinking I would give a less expensive guitar a try. My daughter is learning to play and I plan on giving it to her when she goes away to college. The strings that came with the guitar are fender brand and were heavy for my taste so I changed the strings from 12 to 10 which made a huge difference in tone and feel. As with most new guitars the action was set way too high for me so I sanded the saddle down. The fret work was great from the factory and I didn't need to do any work there. The look and finish on the guitar are beautiful and after some basic set up It plays very nice and has a bright tone with a pick and a nice full rich tone when finger playing. It is definitely not a high end guitar. However, for the money the guitar is producing surprisingly loud rich full tones. If you're looking for a good entry level acoustic guitar that won't hold a player up in learning and you feel comfortable pulling out in public, this is a solid choice.

Very satisfied
I am very satisfied with my purchase. I was on the fence between this Fender and a similar Yamaha FS800. After reading many reviews, I came to the conclusion that the quality and sound were probably about the same between the two guitars. So I went with the Fender mostly because I liked the black gloss look!I like the smaller concert size compared to my dreadnaught. I believe my dreadnaught has a slightly fuller, richer sound than the Fender.Because I am older and have some arthritis in my hands, I changed the 12 gauge factory strings (which sounded fine) to some lower gauge strings. The result is a brighter, but not as rich sound that is still quite good. So I traded a little sound quality for playability. The only negatives:Although I love the black gloss finish, it is difficult to keep clean, as it smudges easily. It also shows the small nicks the guitar has received already.Amazon sent me the wrong guitar initially, but I able get that corrected right away. It just meant a trip to the UPS store to return the wrong one.At my guitar skill level, I could not justify spending $2000 or more for a high quality instrument. So for $230, I believe I got what I was looking for.

It’s a guitar
The pack seems like a pretty good deal. Looks like some decent quality fender brand accessories. There was a few comments of people being unsure if it was right or left handed as the listing didn’t say. I contacted the seller and they told me they don’t know as it is fulfilled by amazon, however I did end up getting a right hand guitar. The bag is unpadded and honestly I wouldn’t use it to carry this around but this pack is pretty cheap so I wasn’t expecting anything amazing. Speaking of mine did come with a small dent and the finish is chipping. Looks to be mostly cosmetic (I attached a photo). All in all not super upset whole thing seems to be a decent deal. The guitar itself has a tuner so you don’t really need a clip on. Getting picks and a cable are alright if you don’t already have them. If I were to buy again I’d probably piece together my own cart but this looks to be targeted towards new players and I can’t speak to the included lessons.
