This thing is awesome. I put this together very quickly. The instructions were very simple but effective. It is very lightweight and very easy to put in a small trailer or roof rack of your car. I enjoyed the first ride at the lake. My daughter who is 9 years old was able to handle the bike all over the lake very easily. I was monitoring her with my kayak just in case. Very easy to maneuver. I read a few reviews that were complaining about difficulties while turning. I discovered that the bike doesn't have a timon. Therefore you need to pedal while turning. Like any other boat, it doesn't have a break, so you need to be careful while you are approaching other boats or piers. Very fun ride. The seat is high-quality (Velo brand). Very comfortable for long rides. I will be ordering another of these bikes pretty soon.

Instuctions to asssemble were nonexistent. Once we finally assembled it, it didn't steer at all. Total waste of $1300. no phone number to call or email to use.

Although the shipping time was very long, this water bike was worth the wait. It does steer oddly but gets around just fine and is fun to ride. I had some issues with assembly but Derek, the customer service representative was Awesome! He was easy to reach and responded quickly and resolved all of my issues. I give Derek 5 stars for his great service.

This bike is great and is a big hit with everyone who comes to visit.I'll update my review later with more details but wanted to share - we found the same steering issue mentioned in other reviews. So we took the fins off the bottom and just have the propeller for steering. It's made a world of difference in the maneuverability of the bike.
