Yes it is just the pot, its made of resin with a hole at the top you plant succulents in to make it look like she has hair. The opening is pretty small but adequate to hold the plants and soil. You must provide your own plants. There is no stand to go under it, you will need one because there are drain holes.

Q: What is the plant shown in it?

This is called tillandsia- an air plant. this one is called Spanish moss. I purchased mine from a greenhouse. The better greenhouses should carry this . I also saw them on a popular website that sells a lot of homemade items. You have to be careful with this particular one it can be fussy to care for. the smaller the leaf the more water. They have no root per say. You have to soak the whole thing in a bucket/sink of water. (enough water to cover the whole plant) at least once a week for about 45 minutes than hang to dry thoroughly and than put back in your planter. you can also spritz it in between soaking. I have many air plants and they are lovely. live long time with proper care. You may just add a faux plant that looks the same?
