Real SI Joint pain relief.
If you have severe SI joint pain this belt helps! I have gone through all of the usual remedies, including PRP and Steroid injections without getting any relief. I noticed on other postings that some folks wear their belt while sleeping. Knowing that laying down really irritates the SI problem I ordered a belt and began sleeping with it on all night. Almost immediately I noticed a significant reduction in SI pain when I get up. I also wear it off and on during the day just to help relieve the joint pain when needed. Only time will tell, but I am hopeful that this belt will enable the SI to heal and recover without surgery. Well worth the money. The only slight downside is that the hook and loop fasteners are really really good. It takes a bit of pulling to separate the belt tabs.

Thin but Great Support
I've been wearing Sacroiliac belts for some time and have tried several versions in an effort to find a belt that gives adequate support but can also be worn over my clothes without looking too strange. This belt is thin but yet strong enough to provide support to the hip/pelvis area without a bulky mass that calls attention to the fact you're wearing "something" a bit out of the ordinary. My only criticism is the label is bright white and so unless you wear it under your clothes, you'll be explaining to curious folks what the heck that thing is doing on your hips.

SI Joint Belt
If it was wider, I'd like it, more. The fit is great. It helps, but I can't stand the feelof it, being so narrow.

works well - good price
good price. simple and functional design. holds as tight as needed, thanks to very strong velcro. light and yes, can go underneath clothes. how long will it last before velcro gives out? don't know yet.

however I face out some inconveniences like pain at my iliac zone or pelvis
Confortable. It provides the right support in my sacro area as expected. I was practiced a l5-S1 disc discectomy with space calibration. No prosthesis required. I have a normal live, however I face out some inconveniences like pain at my iliac zone or pelvis, as If I needed additional subjection. I tried now thermosking sacroiliac belt and it provides me support and wellness. I wear it under my suit and I feel confortable during my workday in the office.

Unsafe belt to wear: overly firm velcro on the front of the strap could not be pulled off without much time and struggle
The Thermoskin sacroiliac belts were the best on the market. I already had 2 (since I liked having a spare for when I washed one and they take a long time to dry), but my older one was getting softer from much use. The first one I received had 1 inch velcro at the end that wouldn't stick at all and it would move and scratch my skin. This one was the replacement. I wore it for the first time yesterday. It was comfortable (like the other belts) and fit well, however (and this is why I gave it only 1 star), when I tried to take it off (after I undid the 2 rear velcro straps), the velcro on the front part of the belt (that secures the main strap) wouldn't budge at all. I tried many times to pull it up from the left side (where it is supposed to be pulled up) and was finally (after about 15-20 minutes and a sore shoulder) able to release the velcro by lifting up the velcro with all my strength from the left side. I was worried about using scissors to cut it off from the softer material on the right side of the velcro because it could have cut my skin. Now the belt is off and in an envelope to be returned, but my left shoulder and back are extremely sore. I would not recommend this product unless the company improves the product.
