Bought a glass magnetic Lorell white board and this works perfectly with a really strong magnet that hold it on the board even while loaded with markers. Unlike other people I 100% preferred this with the logo as I think it makes it look more expensive and less generic. I'm a designer and think it's a nice clean simple design. Check out the dry erase markers GlasMag has. One of them has a ghosted white GlasMag logo that I also picked up that looks nice too.

A bit pricey just to hold markers, but built well and solid quality!

I mounted it on the inside of a metal file cabinet drawer and use it to hold those 1/5 cut clear plastic tabs for my hanging folders. The magnet is very strong, it stays put, and holds around 30 tabs.

I tried many "magnetic" marker holders with the worlds most "powerful" magnets that supposedly work with magnetic glass whiteboards. None of those scams worked with my Quartet magnetic glass white board. Finally I tried this one. It looks nice and sticks perfectly on my magnetic whiteboard. It is compact and doesn't take up too much room. Perfect.

We use it for our board in the office and its nice and the magnet is very strong.

I put a glass whiteboard in my office and I love it. I have been trying to buy things with exceptional design for it. So far I've bought Sigel Magnets and a Sigel magnetic eraser for it. Both are superb. Sigel doesn't have a magnetic cup, so I took a shot with GlassMag.This product's description gives the impression it's made by designers, obsessed with details and quality. Or at least with "love." While it is sturdy and sticks to the board well, it's not well *crafted*. 1) The bottom is held in by 4 soldered welds that unattractively stick out from the bottom, instead of using a more elegant, seamless method. They covered the bottom with velcro, possibly to be functional (maybe for a velcro-backed eraser?) but mostly it appears to be there to cover up the ugly welding job. The velcro sits unevenly on the bottom ruining the clean look from below. 2) Also one of the pictures shows the product without the GlassMag logo. That looks amazing. The GlassMag logo is on the product also takes much away from the clean look of the product. (Sigel hides their logo on the underside of the magnet, and it looks totally cool.) 3) The rubber backing appear to be hand placed and shows the adhesive strips through it.None of these things get in the way of this objects primary function. But at $20 for a magnetic cup, you expect excellent design details.
