Great product!

I was so disappointed! This did absolutely NOTHING and I know that because when I shocked the pool again all the stains returned. I had followed the directions exactly. I did find success with a combination of Poollife Intensive Stain Prevention (it removed the stains on the liner and didn't just put the metals in suspension because I could see all the metals being backwashed out of the filter) and then I used Metal Magic to remove anything left after the Poollife treatment... Pool First Aid cleared the cloudy water left behind after using Metal Magic. I had heard such good things about Jack's, so I was incredibly disappointed that it didn't work for me. But, what I've learned about being a pool owner is that what works for one might not work for another. But if you are struggling with metals and staining, go with Poollife Intensive Stain Prevention to lift the stains and actually remove the metals and then if needed, Metal Magic too.

Magic Jack’s formula for removing stains from our vinyl liner pool works great. This is to keep stains from coming back. So far it’s worked great. The “Stair Stuff”, another produce was amazing!

Used 4 bottles and was very disappointed with the results, don't think I'll be purchasing this product anymore.

Amazing results in a pool with an almost 20 year old commercial liner. Could almost stand and watch as stains faded away by the hour. Even stains we've had for years are slowly fading away. I'm stocking up on this.

stains were fading within 24 hours.....at the 48 hr mark.....they were gone....GOOD STUFFUPDATE.....after dumping in 4 Bottles of this stuff......the stains were back within a week......OBVIOUSLY THIS STUFF.DOESN'T WORK AND IS A RIP OFF......MAGIC JACK....IS A JACK OFF PRODUCT,,,,,SON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Has not removed copper staining from my vinyl liner pool.
