Wasn't sure if this was going to be as thick as the description sais but it's great! Very thick, soft and cushioning. Great for kneeling exercises. Velco fastening strap carry handle is a bonus too. Fab.

After having some physio on my hip, my therapist gave me a range of stretching exercises to do at home and advised I get a yoga mat. My old one was almost useless - virtually no padding so, very hard on the bony areas of your body. I bought this new one and I'm very happy with it. It's quite thick, so it provides a good deal of support and cushioning. It has a velcro carry strap to keep it rolled up when not in use and for easy portability. And you can easily clean it with a damp cloth. I've been using it a while now and it is starting to get some 'worn down' areas where I'm frequently doing the same exercise. But even those are still padded enough that it doesn't cause any issues.

The package arrived on time, with all contents intact. I use it for yoga extensively and it comes in a standard size. It’s got great cushioning, rolls out completely without curling up at the edges and stays firm on the floor. Does not take up a lot of space. When rolling it up, even though the cushioning adds to the bulk, the velcro clasp holds up firmly and it can easily be put away out of sight into narrow spaces. Ideal if you’re injury prone or prefer heavy duty workouts or looking for balance and comfort. I have nothing to complain about and super happy with the purchase.
