Bigger Bitty Boomers Marvel Spider-Man Bluetooth Speaker

I bought this used. Sounds great! It was in perfect condition. Can get very loud. Haven't gotten the phone calls right yet, but I will get it. Battery life is long. It was bigger than I thought. Glad I brought it.

I have a few Bitty Boomers, which are excellent. This Bigger Boomer is fun, and the sound is beyond excellent. Easy to pair w/ Bluetooth devices. Micro SD slot for streaming music files stored on those.

The media could not be loaded. This speaker is fire because is Spiderman , the sound is not the best but one gets what one pays juggalos and pandas. 🐼

One star because it’s cute, horrible sound missing cable and return or exchange takes over a month. Useless

I ordered this device after seeing one in action. I am a huge Spider-man fan since the early 80's. When the product arrived I followed the setup instructions. The product mentions that it has FM radio and Bluetooth capability. I was not interested in the FM radio functionality but really wanted this cool speaker to be something that we regularly use. Also, it adds to my nerd collection. I was unable to get it to connect to any device via Bluetooth. I also could not get the base FM radio capability to function. I followed the recommended process from Amazon to get help. It required that I contact the vendor directly. Unfortunately, the vendor never responded to me. The only contact provided was an email address. I contacted them 3 times without response. Finally, I decided to return the product. Unfortunately, by this time, amazon would not allow me to return it. Very frustrating. Now I have this bulky Spider-man speaker that is no more than a paper weight. Most reviews for this product are positive. Which, to me,means that the product is fairly stable. However, support when the product does not work, is extremely lacking. I just require a response. I accept when the problem is due to Operator Headsspace. I would just appreciate a response to help me rectify the problem. In this purchase, I feel, that the vendor and Amazon have failed me.
