Journee Women's Comfort Foam Delilah Sliver Wedge Sandals

I had bought a black pair of these gladiator sandals years ago, and they are still in great shape and comfortable enough to wear all day. So, when I needed some tan sandals, I looked up the same manufacturer and found the the sandals in this lovely tan color. I am delighted--they fit EXACTLY like my black pair, and are comfortable right out of the box. Although the sandals are faux-leather, they are flexible and soft, and the black pair haven’t torn or even frayed. I expect these to last as long as my black pair! They fit true to size.

I love the rise over the ankle. They are modern and stylish. I have other pairs in different colors. I normally order a 10 wide. Lately I have been ordering a 9 or 9 and a 1/2. I don't know if my foot is shrinking or the shoe is made bigger. The 9 1/2 regular width fit perfectly. If you like the style get them. I wear them with longish dresses a lot at work. Great Sandals and leather!!!

Love the style and fit

This is my 2nd pair this style. I previously bought a tan pair from a retail store paid more. These are so pretty and they go great with jeans, shorts, a dress, really anything. I get compliments every time I wear them. They are quality made and they never hurt my feet even on day 1.

Kind of narrow

I ordered an 8 wide. Love these sandals. I have neuropathy in both feet and they are very comfortable.

Too narrow for people with thicker ankles

Nice sandals, but they rub on the back of my ankles. I like the style of the sandal and they are comfortable for my FEET. However, the backs of my ankles got rubbed to the point of breaking my skin and starting blisters with typical wear and minimal walking. I placed two large bandages on each ankle to make it through the 5 hours or so I needed to wear them. Now, I preemptively place bandages where the sandals rub each time I wear them to avoid re-injury. Due to the rubbing issues, I plan to only wear these sandals with long pants, skirts or dresses that conceal the bandages. Huge bandages sticking out of the tops of both sandals isn't a cute look! I paid $52 for the sandals, so I am disappointed they rub my ankles. I kept them since shoes rubbing isn't an uncommon issue (and there were reviews warning of rubbing, but I ordered anyway). However, I do not wear them as often as I would like given the amount I paid for them.
