This was the first time I had purchased from this company!I received the set of cartridges I had ordered the next day as expected.What I didn't expect was for one of the cartridges to be rejected by my printer.So here began the test! I called AFTER 8PM and they answered within the two minutes they claim to achieve - Big Tick!!!The advisor Andrew who helped me, spent a good while trying various solutions with me, but came to the conclusion the cartridge was faulty. Keep in mind this was around 8.30pm in the evening! He sent me a replacement which arrived the next day. I installed it and it worked first time! Now that's what makes a good business, its back service! Faultless! You now have a customer for life that will recommend you at every opportunity. Well done you guys!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF CARE ABOUT YOUR PRINTER. Black cartrigde is leaking ink inside the printer, made such a mess, and yellow not recognised.

used these for a while, they help you get round HP updates to continue working and they last ages. Amazing customer service, any issues visit their website they will help. Great quality products

First delivery was faulty. Customer service replaced all 4 cartridges, even though only one was faulty. Second OBE worked perfectly. Good to know that you’ve got responsive customer service as things cant always go right first time.

The cartridges that I ordered ended up being incompatible with my printer and they sent a new batch at no additional charge the next day and it worked! Brilliant service with a smile!

Unfortunately these utterly killed my pagewide printer. I cleaned everything out and so on but something had gone sufficiently awry that it remained buggered in terms of line consistency and so on. Not sure if I got a bad batch but it was definitely the ink as everything was going fine till then. Unfortunately out of the return window (as I bought them in anticipation of running out, rather than when I did). Not a particularly fun way to lose about £200 on ink and I've now had to buy a whole new printer as well. Not happy at all. Avoid.
