Havells 0.5 hp, HBTM-2 Pressure Booster Pump

Works really well.

The pump has stalled and I cannot use the bathrooms for last 5 days. I called the help center 5 fays ago for servicing as it's inside the warranty period.Still nobody has visited my place. Pathetic service. Do not buy this product.

Works precisely, excellent performance from low pressure to high pressure as per product feature. When reached and contacted Customer care to tune in the pressure gauze, that too was taken care and on time it was also done by service engineer at home visit.Overall good product and good customer service by HAVELLS👌👌👌👌👌

Fantastic pump.. enough pressure for 1 kitchen ..2+ washroom... after sale support is excellent....Overall experience is good....

Very bad services from Havells the pump switch was not working at all because of this I purchased new separately from outside..simply customer care people attends the call and do the timepass...I suggest until services are not good...don't go for it .. waste of time and money

The media could not be loaded. Pump is great, generates great pressure after connection.. I have installed today in 2 bathrooms, 2 additional washbasins & 1 kitchen .. water pressure is great..During installation, issue cropped up that after pipe fittings, pump did not run.. I immediately called Havells customer care, registered a complaint in afternoon.. demanded today’s visit of engineer.. service person came in evening, checked electrical connections, pump had internal wiring connections issue.. he resolved it & pump started running..although pump is working fine but this is not expected from a brand new purchased pump from Havells.. company needs to pay attention to quality so that customer does not face this silly issues..I am getting required pressure now in washroom, kitchen & washing machine

Please do not waste money on this. Pathetic customer support. I had to wait for 3 months to return the product.
