Item arrived with two different sized pins to connect the wheel to the base of the sprayer. One pin fit, the other one was too big for the hole. Reached out to company ‘The Country Butler’ twice for a replacement. Crickets. Hence the one star review. Will definitely stay away from this reseller in the future and order direct!

I purchased this electric pressure washer and couldn’t be happier. Tons of pressure and simple to use and super light weight. If you have issues with picking up heavy objects, then this is the pressure washer for you.

Washer did not remove most stains from driveway or vinyl siding. Hardware store said it’s not strong enough. Tried several cleaners without success. Went to return with 90 day “renewed” window and seller has done everything possible to violate Amazons Guranteed returns for renewed products. Told me not to return it, sell it on social media, that shipping costs would be prohibitively high, that the unit is not defective, that there would be a restocking fee and I needed to return it unused.NONE of these conditions exist in the Amazon renewed policy. Simply states if unsatisfied return for full refund. Seller took an almost 50% restocking fee off refund. Now going through Amazon for a full refund. Do NOT purchase from this merchant. They are adversarial, and violate the Amazon policy.Worst experience I have had with a merchant yet.

My first one just went dead. I replaced it. A month later the second one died.I replaced it. A months later the third one died. I returned and replaced with a DeWalt which I love.

This works great! Only issue I had was the handle pops out of the rack but the quality of the machine is great, I use it every weekend cleaning cars
