Good for a novice
I'm by no means a master chocolatier but I do like to dabble it that especially for our kids. The one issue I was having is for our dipped items (oreo balls, strawberries) I would have to use my hands to dip or use a toothpick and it fell off the toothpick like 90% of the time so I got these tools. It arrived just fine with no defects that I could see. In the package you get 3 dipping forks (what I was most looking forward to), 2 decorating spoons, some tweezers, and a decorating pen with three tips. We fired up the chocolate melter and got some strawberries to dip. My lord this made the process so much easier with the forks. After we did half white and half dark I used the spoon to drip the other color on and they worked well. If you are doing items dipped in chocolate this makes that task so much easier.

Set of 7 culinary items for the advanced class, dipping strawberries, making rosettes, like that.
I got this set for the forks which are used to dip stuff into chocolate, or to drizzle chocolate over. When I'm making chocolate covered strawberries, I usually just stick them in bodily, but that's not the right way to do it. This is the advanced cooking/baking/sweets making kit. There is also a thing to squeeze rosettes on top of cupcakes or cookies, or chocolate bark. Heck. Go nuts. You can find amazing uses for these tools to up your kitchen game, esp. if you like to make your own chocolate treats. And I don't want to be gross, but I just used one of the tiny scoop pieces to put my dogs ashes into an urn. No, I won't use it again for cooking, but it was a very practical item for that since the mouth of the urn was pretty small, and I didn't want to spill ashes any from the bag. Otherwise, you could use those 2 size scoops with narrow bottoms to put spices into jars, return a small bit of flour into the container, etc. They're for dry goods. My mother used to use one of the squeeze devices for dough, but I don't think this one is sturdy enough. Looks better for frosting roses. Yes, I'm happy to have these devices for when I get a chance to cook fancy stuff again. Probably for the holidays. Good set with a variety of items you can't ordinarily find. Looks to be good quality, too.
