High quality clasp, spool housing, standard quality card snap but have had no problem with snap. 1 star off because retractable 'wire' is very thin and has broke 2x when I have caught my badge on the car seat belt. However, that's a little beyond normal wear and tear, so 4 stars and I have bought extra's in case I break another one... I like this that much.... gotta support the team. Go Bruins!
