Great purchase
It arrived quickly, fit perfectly in the machine as indicated and cost less than ordering from the company the machine was purchased from. Made in the USA, this is the second cartridge we have purchased.

DOES NOT WORK WITH PITNEY BOWES
worked for a little over a month then completely messed up our machine and quit printing. We had to spend hours on the phone with customer service trouble shooting to get to the bottom of what was wrong and it came to find out the ink cartridge was the issue. They sent us a new pitney bowes cartridge and machine has been working. I am warning you do not spend your money on this product because it will back fire.

great alternative to the name brand
this ink works as expected in our Pitney Bowes machine and it is almost half the price of the name brand.

Works Kinda - Not reliable
Bought the 2 pack because we were going into busy season and would need the back up. Only one of the cartridges worked, the postage meter just kept giving an error code when the 2nd one was installed. Did all the troubleshooting possible but that ink cartridge was the only issue. Sucks that now its a waste of money to have done that.

Runs Out of Ink In Less Than 5 Days
I have purchased these items many times before. Each time the cartridge runs out of ink very very quickly. For a while, I thought that we were doing something wrong. The last cartridge that I used I put in the printer on 5.24, printed maybe 20 envelopes and the cartridge was out of it by 5.28. I attempted to contact the company through the site but it says Amazon handles the customer service. I tried to get assistance through the chat feature but the responses are limited. These cartridges are trash and I will not be buying anymore.

So far so good
Prints really well and looks nice. Not sure about the capacity and how long the ink lasts, but so far so good
