Overall happy with yeh chair. The make seems strong and sturdy. The seat base is a good size, the hands are cushioned. The chair offers decent support for the lumbar as well. I have sat for long durations and experienced no discomfort. The only thing to take note of is the seat is a bit high and people who are short may not be able to rest their foot on the floor.

This review is after almost a month of usage, I must say the chair is excellent and very comfortable, its definitely value for money, it. All the functionality work fantastic, I am using it as an office chair to work from home. However, it can be used for normal seating as well. Happy with the product!

Good product quality, easy to assemble, worth buying as it has 3 years warranty, this is my 3rd chair from green soul and after sales service is good as well.

I bought this chair in March 2022. It’s now been three years, and I’ve only used it 2 to 3 months each year, as I’ve been living away from home. The rest of the time, it’s been covered with a protective cloth. Despite such minimal use, the fabric underneath is disintegrating, literally turning to dust when touched. That says a lot about the low-grade material used.The chair also tilts to one side, and despite attempts to fix it—tightening the base plate screws (which by the way have rusted with a vengeance) and checking for caster/wheel misalignment—it still leans. That tilt gives me a backache after a while, which defeats the purpose of having a "comfortable" chair.Speaking of comfort: yes, it is comfortable to sit on, but that’s where the praise ends.Now let’s talk about the handles—they look like someone moulded them by hand without proper tools. Uneven, crude plastic. They do the job and are supportive, but absolutely not something I’d expect at this price point.The legs are no better. Looks like someone took metal rods, banged them into shape with a hammer, and said “done.” Uneven, rough, and lacking any refinement. Again, they’re stable—but it’s aesthetically and structurally crude. The chrome plastic cover that you are provided with and indeed all the plastic bits you get are patently cheap loooing and of crude make.I’m sharing this not just to complain, but because I genuinely want the product to improve. We as Indian buyers deserve premium quality for the price we pay, not substandard materials and poor workmanship. If I paid the same price for a Chinese-made chair, I’d have received far better quality and finish.Let’s be honest—this chair wouldn’t sell in Europe. I had a chair from the UK (Cherry Tree brand) that’s still going strong after six years of daily use. That’s the benchmark we should aim for."Made in India" should mean great quality, durability, and excellent craftsmanship—not just a label. Please raise your standards. We’re tired of settling.
