Nice, but could use better packaging
These are perfect for displaying children’s books, but the corners arrived slightly worn due to the packaging. The shipping box should be stronger to preserve the corners and edges. Otherwise, great purchase!

Easy-Peasy
Some reviews for this product say that it's hard to put together, and the instructions are not easy to follow. I had no problems whatsoever putting it together, and it only took me a few minutes. The key is to follow the instructions, and to have patience. It is very straightforward and can be put together easily. It's not rocket science. Once you are done you will have a very nice display for books or other similar items. One other caveat to this is that it is just made of cardboard. It is not metal or plastic. If you keep that in mind, it's a pretty nice display.

Does it's purpose
The media could not be loaded. I used this product for a book signing and it performed well. It did what it stated it would do: hold books. That being said: is this a prize-winning bookshelf? NO. Is it going to last years: NO. But's it's sturdy enough to last awhile, depending on how you treat it. It's cardboard. It bends easily so you must treat it with care. The assembly was a bit confusing, but once I figured it out, all the parts fit into the right slots and it worked. I've set it up and broken it down five times and it's still holding strong, though I'm not sure how much longer it will continue to do so as I don't think it was meant to be broken down and set up on multiple occasions. For costing around twenty dollars, one can't expect a whole lot. Take my review with a grain of salt, but know that it worked for me and I would recommend it.You can see in the picture that it doesn't take up an immense amount of space. The table was 6' in length and fit nicely in the corner. Broken down, the two parts lay completely flat and fit in the bottom of my largest suitcase, but I doubt it would fit in anything smaller (didn't fit in my medium-sized luggage).

Gets the job done
I preferred when the price was lower but makes sense with inflation. They hold a lot of books. Quality is decent I mean they are cardboard so won’t last forever but I’ve had these for a couple months now and they are still withstanding even if a little beaten up. Color is spot on for the description. If you don’t have user error when assembling they don’t give issues with books tipping and such.

Functional
This is functional and a reasonable buy for the price, but it was very difficult to assemble and the directions were poor.

Great for a book display
I bought this to display my books at fairs. I cover it in contact paper just to jazz it up some. Instructions were easy to follow, but this isn't something you'd want to fold and unfold repeatedly - the cardboard bends out of shape easily. I'm hoping the contact paper will add a layer of sturdiness so I can use this for several shows. For the price, it'll work well enough.

Cheap but flimsy and hard to assemble
I hate to give low reviews, but in this case, this product just didn't work for me.I bought it as a (cheap) display option for selling children's books at a homeschool convention. I knew it wouldn't last forever. The blue base structured assembled okay, but it was impossible to decode the instructions to successfully assemble the white shelves. The amount of pulling, tugging, and torquing required made me very uncomfortable, given the destructible nature of the materials. In the end, I concluded that even *if* I could somehow find a way to finish the assembly, this thing would never last multiple set-ups and tear-downs. I'm going to find a more expensive option that can withstand the wear and tear.

Perfect for greeting card holder at arts fair-YouTube video on assembly available
Ordered this from Amazon Warehouse for $14. Listing read that there was an imperfection on the side...I didn't find any perfections. I always try Amazon warehouse first for deals. However...NO instructions came with this, and it wasn't intuitive. Then I googled, "How to Assemble a Classroom Keepers Bookshelf" and boom, the company has a 1 minute video on YouTube on how to assemble it, and it was so easy after watching this assembly video. Yes, it is cardboard, and won't last for years, but it is perfect for an upcoming arts and crafts show where I am a vendor selling my watercolor art. This holds greeting cards perfectly.Takeaway...once again Amazon Warehouse came through, and I received exactly what I ordered, and with a little extra effort to find a video, I love it. YouTube is great for finding videos on assembling so many things.
