But it is rarely seen. There may be just one piece in a 8g bag. But there are full bag of barley, the cheap contents. It does not help sleep either. It is not worth the money to buy this product. DO NOT BUY.

I love to have a cup of tea before bed and was excited to get to try a new blend to help me sleep. This is a great choice!! It helped bring on a gentle sleep and it tastes amazing. I choose not to add honey or sugar before bed and the flavor is still very nice. It comes in an attractive, plastic jar that came sealed so you can keep on your countertop. I can absolutely recommend this one!
