Chalk holder works pretty decent. Wish the magnet were a little stronger. Also if you put it on your belt loop and wear your shirt untucked you may end up finding this thing falls off pretty easy. I clip it on to my pocket to keep it away from my shirt. It’s good for the money and gets the job done.

Magnet is week, I've dropped my chalk many times during a tournament. Search for a better one.

My return window passed & The magnet is not strong enough to stop chalk from sliding off (got tired of picking it up) so took it apart glued magnet on chalk & drilled approx same size 🕳️ just bent metal a small amount so magnet contacts it . now it won't slip off & it takes a little twist to separate...

Sure do wish I had read the previous reviews before ordering this item. As many others have said the magnet is too weak. Slightest inadvertent touch and the chalk holder crashes to the floor. Nice looking piece of merchandise but somebody should have tested before putting it out on the market. Ripoff.

I saw friend using one and it just makes things so easy if you've been trained to chalk every shot . You wind up putting it on the table and then your on the other side, we all know the drill . This thing works great I can chalk intently now and less walking ..Adding after a couple days of use this magnet should be stronger because it falls off alit..

Nice chalk holder

The first time I purchased it. I thought it was maybe defective. It fell off my belt. It was getting attached to my keys I hang off my pants loop. The second time I rushing somewhere and it fell again. The third time, I actually tried to cancel the order but Amazon wouldn’t let me. The message saying they were trying to fix the problem. it fell off my sweatpants. The weakest piece of shhh I ever purchased

Getting the base clip on your belt can be a little bit challenging on first use but that just means it wont fall off. However, the other part with the chalk will not stay on the base. It kept falling off during the game. It would be perfect with a stronger magnetic connection.
