Low knot strength
Was rigging a few offshore rods with the clear 66.7 lb test line and kept breaking the line when tightening the knots. Decided to put it on a pull tester and kept having the line break at the knot from 22lbs to 34 lbs pull force. This is not acceptable. I used an old price of 60lb test that’s been on my reel for over a year and it pull tested consistently at 45 plus pounds. I’ll be returning this spool

Damaged spool and missing line !
I purchased 2 spools of 14 lb line. Blue was fine. Clear was on sale. Now I see why. Spool is damaged and can't be fixed and it's short several 1,000 yards !!! Returning of course !
