Great Customer Service
I had my Cold Therapy about 3 months and had only used it a couple times. I tried one weekend and the display would work but the pump would not work. I contacted customer service and they were very good about getting my product working. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Besides how well it works. I have had several different products like this before. The display and functions are way above anything I have had previously. The different pads and Velcro straps make it very useful and customizable. I had a knee replacement and the one I had at that time worked well, but did not stand up and failed after about 3-4 months.

Amazing!
I rented an ice machine after my shoulder surgery paid for by my insurance. Fast forward 5+ plus years but I couldn't find anywhere to rent one for my husband's shoulder surgery 1 week ago. So we purchase this one. My husband says it's AMAZING, it controlled his pain and had kept inflammation at bay. It's simple to use and gets very cold almost immediately. The shoulder pad can be used in several directions and the velcro straps make it easy to keep in place. It's whisper quiet, so if you wanted to sleep with it there would be no issues. We read several reviews before we purchased it and saw many others used frozen water bottle. We have found a combination of small frozen water bottles and ice works the best. We freeze them over night put them in the bottom of the bucket then file with ice to the ice line... To up with water. The ice lasts most of the day. Also putting on a blanket helps slow the melting down. Thanks for a great product, well worth the cost!

Great post-op ice water bath
I just had my knee replaced. This little ice unit works like a charm. The unit is very portable, easy to fill and refill. Make sure you get bags of ice prior to your surgery. We tried the ice water bottles as some suggested, the water did not get cold enough. The easiest thing to do, in my opinion, is to dump out a little water and replenish the ice. My husband refills the ice 4x, morning, midafternoon and after dinner and before bed. It’s easy to remove the water leads when necessary, the pad is very easy to put on and take off. We set it up so the water lead is towards my foot, keeping my lap area clear. The only thing I wish it had is a programmable night time function. It’s very quiet. We set it on a small stool so I can reach the control button at night and turn it on when I wake up in the middle of the night. I left out one star just because it would be perfect with the nighttime program button. All in all I’m very happy with this unit.

NOT the best machine I've used
I have used 4 different machines the past many years. We got this when our other one's motor quit working. My husband had hand surgery so THE SMALL button was VERY difficult and he could not use his hands to open it up! This one is VERY heavy, needing so much water. I can only use 2 frozen bottles or it gets 'clogged' and won't run but the 2 melt quickly meaning you have to change ice more frequently. The connections have to be setting just so to make it all flow well and the cord to the wall is SO short and the tubing line is SO long, it is a hassle to get it all set just right and then be able to reach out far enough to turn on the button. The 90 mins is NOT long enough!!! Nighttime is hard enough to sleep without having what you need to bring comfort. I have had/used 4 different machines and would never het this one again. It is too heavy with hand/knee injuries to walk/balance/transport. I don't usually write reviews but this has been a frustrating purchase. The pads are also awkwardly small and velcro odd sizes. I tore a tendon in my knee 3 weeks after my husband's hand surgery. We have struggled with this machine! I will shop with more knowledge if I ever have to buy another one!
