Portable gym for abbs and hard to work muscles.
Excellent equipmentI have been impressed with it and just bought a second one so my wife can use it simultaneously (i usually don’t write reviews but juts took the time after acquire the 2nd one).I have been using it for over 9 months withBatery lasts almost 3h.Lightweight so I can travel with it and do some workout when I am in hotels on business trips.Used it mostly for abbs and areas hard to tone it just with the weights and to relax sore muscles and some back pain when i over worked my back on the gym to losen up.

Great Device for Injury, Pain, and Muscle Growth
This device does so many things and aided in recovery of knee, and hip surgeries, limiting the need for medication greatly with Tens and EMS allowed me to work muscles to keep them from atrophy while sitting around during long weeks of recovery. IF you are having any procedure that requires long downtime this will aid greatly in keeping you fit and healed.
